Helios Hotel Benidorm listening to the recommendations of the Ministry of Tourism of the Generalitat Valenciana and the occasional  criticism of people with disabilities as Tripadvisor, etc. We are undertaking a number of changes in our facilities to receive quality service to all guests who have mobility problems.

The hotel has 8 adapted rooms which are having a great acceptance among our customers. There are many national and foreign tour operators, who are booking these rooms upon request. The direction and its entire team are committed to guarantee the reservation because there are very few hotels in Benidorm that guarantee room reservation for the disabled.

Likewise, the Hotel has signed an agreement with the company "Amigo 24" to provide our customers with a rental service for wheelchairs, scooters, adapter for toilets, etc.
